Why It Starts With an Inspection

Not sure what's in your home? We'll find out.

Why It Starts With an Inspection

Wildlife and pest issues can't always be diagnosed from the ground or over the phone. A proper on-site inspection tells us the species, the entry points, and the right plan — so you only pay for the work your home actually needs.

01

Pests Covered by a Program

These pests are covered by any general pest control program

Services are tailored to your preferences, however certain species may require more attention than others, based on their fundamental behaviors.

Roaches

American and smoky brown roaches move in from sewer lines, mulch beds, and tree holes. Treatment targets exterior harborage plus interior cracks, voids, and plumbing penetrations.

Household Ants

Sugar-feeding house ants trail indoors along foundations, slab edges, and utility lines. We treat the trail and the exterior nest, not just the ants you can see.

Silverfish

Moisture pests that feed on paper, starch, and stored goods in bathrooms, attics, and closets.

Spiders

Web and egg-sac removal with a perimeter treatment. We identify what we find so you know whether it is harmless or medically significant.

Crickets

Seasonal invaders pulled in by exterior lighting. Treatment concentrates on doorways, garages, and the foundation line.

Centipedes

Damp-soil hunters that work their way in through weep holes and slab gaps.

Millipedes

Move indoors in numbers after heavy rain. The lasting fix is a perimeter treatment plus reducing moisture and leaf litter against the house.

Earwigs

Nest in mulch, under stone, and in irrigated beds before moving to doorways and slabs.

Scorpions

The striped bark scorpion is the most common scorpion in Texas and grows up to 2½ inches. They enter through weep holes, gaps around doors and windows, and pipe penetrations, and overhanging limbs or stacked firewood give them a route to the house.

Sowbugs / Pillbugs

Moisture-dependent and always a sign of a damp perimeter — mulch piled too high, pots on the slab, or irrigation hitting the foundation.

Specialized Pests

Specialized Pests (Additional Charge)

These take extra product, extra visits, or work outside a standard service, so they are quoted per property and added to your agreement rather than bundled into the base price.

Rats / Mice

Roof rats, Norway rats, and house mice. Trapping or baiting paired with entry-point sealing so the next rodent can't take the same route in.

Fleas

Interior treatment coordinated with pet treatment and laundering, with follow-up timed to the flea life cycle.

Wasps / Yellow Jackets

Nest knockdown and void treatment on eaves, soffits, playsets, meter boxes, and fence lines.

Each specialized pest is listed with its own charge on your Pest Control Service Agreement, so you always see what you are paying for before work starts.

Pest Control Programs

Pest Control Programs

While exclusion prevents many issues, pesticides provide additional control when needed. Programs can be customized on an as needed, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or seasonal basis.

Non-synthetic products are available but may cost more, have an odor, and degrade faster. How long a synthetic product lasts depends on its label directions, where it is applied, and conditions such as weather and irrigation.

We do not treat:

  • Carpenter ants
  • Termites
  • German cockroaches
  • Bedbugs
